Francophiles keen to keep in touch with loved ones abroad will now be able to keep the cost of bills down with the extension of an innovative new service to the French market - toggle mobile ( This breakthrough in mobile technology allows users travelling or living in France to save money when roaming across multiple destinations without the need to keep changing SIM cards.

The toggle mobile SIM comes with a permanent UK number and the option to add a selection of local numbers while travelling. Importantly, huge savings of up to 90% can be made as users will be able to receive free incoming calls on your toggle mobile while roaming in over 100 countries worldwide.

Expats living in France and those travelling to the country on business can now access a tariff where calls are 15p a minute, SMS are 9p per message and internet browsing costs for 15p per mb. To obtain a local number for selected countries users simply need to register the destinations that they plan to visit on and they will automatically receive a local number for the duration of their stay. On arrival in the registered country the SIM automatically switches to the allocated number. The local number will be appreciated by business contacts, friends and family and customers will benefit from great value roaming rates.


The allocated local numbers are valid for 30 days however time-rich travellers wanting to go away for longer, jet setters taking regular trips or lucky individuals with second homes overseas can purchase the number for a small fee. Remember that you can also request the local number for the same country again for free but it won’t be the same number you were using before.
