The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management yesterday honoured 48 graduating students in a prestigious ceremony which included a keynote address by His Excellence, Ahmad Bin Byat, CEO of Dubai Holding and Ruud Reuland, General Director of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland at Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
