The Cheval Blanc Spa by Guerlain reopens with a brand-new look at Cheval Blanc St-Barth
Marking the 10th anniversary of Cheval Blanc St-Barth, the Spa has been completely reimagined by Guerlain with renowned architect Isabelle Stanislas. Hidden away in the Maison’s tropical gardens, surrounded by hibiscus flowers and resident tortoises roaming the undergrowth, the spa features five treatment rooms – including a VIP double suite, an outdoor relaxation pavilion and a tropical terrace. The interiors are inspired by the Caribbean islands with soft white walls in exotic wood that blend with Guerlain’s soothing sandy beige and golden tones resulting in a serene atmosphere. The Spa’s décor seamlessly blends with the exterior, using natural pigments, light fabrics and nature-inspired materials such as bleached larch, brass and raffia.
Guerlain has also created exclusive signature treatments to celebrate this anniversary, inspired by the Caribbean. This includes Antilles Serenity, a vanilla infused massage; Caribbean Idyll, a ritual for two; and St-Barth Shape, a sculpting facial treatment. Other highlights include the deeply hydrating Hydra facial by Guerlain for visible, long lasting results and the tension-relieving St-Barth Muscle Treatment developed in collaboration with world massage champion, Slav Marinov. Guests can also explore Guerlain’s Haute Parfumerie collection to choose a bespoke fragrance.
Set on Baie des Flamands, one of the island’s finest beaches, Cheval Blanc St-Barth is home to 61 beautiful rooms, suites and villas that are perched on the hillside with ocean views or tucked away in lush tropical gardens. The Maison offers two restaurants including La Case with a menu curated by renowned chef Jean Imbert, La Kiosque – offering delicious pastries freshly baked each day by their Artisan Boulangers, a Tiki-inspired bar taking inspiration from the South Pacific for drinks such as the Tiki Tiki Bang Bang (a cinnamon-infused pisco), as well as a spectacular saltwater pool overlooking the beach.
