Start Training Today for Wild Wadi’s Swim Burj Al Arab and Make a Difference!

Wild Wadi Waterpark and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) are preparing for enthusiastic swimmers to take to Dubai’s waters for the much-loved Wild Wadi’s Swim Burj Al Arab. Under the watchful eyes of Wild Wadi lifeguards, the swim will take place at 8am on Friday 20th November 2009, following a 1km arc around the iconic Burj Al Arab, finishing at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Funds raised will support independent humanitarian medical organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to provide medical aid where it is most needed.

Keen swimmers can register in the competitive event for a minimum donation of 350 AED, which gives them the chance to compete for top prizes including a Swarovski trophy, a Storm watch, memberships at some of Jumeirah Group’s top health clubs, and other exciting prizes.

Those who are looking for a more leisurely way to raise money can register in the Family Swim for a minimum donation of 300 AED, where they also have the opportunity to win prizes.

Family and friends are welcome to cheer on participants and enjoy a morning of community spirit and humanitarian awareness on the beach at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, knowing that they are helping to make a difference.
