Leading ski rental accommodation listing website Skipad.co.uk has launched a free app for iPhone users, making it simple and fast to search through hundreds of ski properties listed on the website.

The app provides instant access to detailed property information, local facilities and maps.

It also allows users to search ski properties which are categorised by type, such as chalets, catered chalets and apartments.

Other features include the ability to narrow the search for ski accommodation to a specific resort, choose the size of accommodation and view multiple property photos by merely scrolling through.

“We have launched this app in time for the start of the ski season,” explained Ski Pad founder Gary Hector.

In addition to providing the accommodation owner’s contact phone number, the app allows users to email the owner directly.

The ‘Wishlist’ function lets users save and compare favoured properties, which can then easily be shared with friends at the touch of a button.

Ski Pad provides the perfect place for skiers and snowboarders to search for apartment or chalet accommodation in Europe, the US and Canada and rent direct from the owner.
