C.U.T. has launched this new business lunch concept for those who enjoy high quality meals but are very limited in time. ‘20 Minutes Guaranteed’ will mean that from Monday to Friday guests will have the option of enjoying a selection of grilled dishes, as well as many other dishes based on seasonal products from the grill’s special business lunch menu, and the dishes will be served to the customer within 20 minutes of them ordering.

“We all are living in an era where every single minute can be crucial in your daily routine. That was the main reason that made us start to think about inventing a new lunch concept that would meet our guest needs for premium quality dishes served in very short time,” said Gints Dzirnieks, general manager of Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel in Riga.

The C.U.T. restaurant in Riga is located at Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel which was opened on April 2008 at Elizabete Street 73 and is operating in compliance with the highest standards of the international hotel industry and with the Radisson Blu brand concept. The newly constructed eight-story hotel stands directly opposite the picturesque Vermanes Garden Park.
