Online visitor registration for GIBTM 2012 now open
Visitors can now register online for GIBTM, the Gulf Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition, and reap benefits leading up to and during the show on March 26-28th 2012.
Visitors are requested to complete a questionnaire detailing their organisation’s activities, target geographic markets, industry segments and products of interest. The information is then analysed by Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE), the world’s leading provider of exhibitions in the travel and tourism industry, to make recommendations to registrants on which exhibitors they should meet with, educational seminars they should attend and other show features that might be of interest to them.
To maximise time and take advantage of every aspect of the event, REED Travel Exhibitions Manager GIBTM, Lois Hall encourages registrants to take advantage of the show’s services in the run up to the event. “Benefits include the latest updates on exhibitors and the show, and priority access and free entry to GIBTM 2012. Meetings can be scheduled well before the show as visitors have access to a wealth of exhibitors through the portal. This fosters interaction and builds relationships prior to the exhibition,” explains Hall.
Visitors will have the opportunity to connect with over 2800 international industry professionals expected to attend GIBTM 2012, 300 Hosted Buyers from the business travel and meetings industry and more than 280 exhibiting companies, and free entrance to cutting edge education seminars and networking events.
Throughout the year, Reed Travel Exhibitions encourages dialogue and debate on industry topics, issues and trends between visitors and exhibitors before, during and after the exhibition through its Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
