Technology at The Champagne Bar
As part of the distinctive experience Sankara will be bringing the menu offering to life via a bespoke sommelier application. The Champagne Bar menu will be accessed via iPads providing relevant information and fantastic visuals. Guests have the option to select by categories such as region, colour, and grape or simply be guided by the Sommelier recommendation section. Tasting notes and pairings are also included.
