The contemporary and stylish North Essex retreat, Lifehouse Spa & Hotel is proud to announce a new spa partnership with award-winning and leading Aromatherapy skincare brand DECLÉOR, alongside the existing ESPA product house. DECLÉOR have created a bespoke treatment menu exclusively for Lifehouse Spa and Hotel, which includes a range of skin boosting treatments.

Founded nearly 40 years ago by a team of aromatherapy experts in Paris, DECLÉOR was the first brand to pioneer the use of Essential Oils within skincare. This unparalleled expertise led the brand to design a collection of result driven treatments that have gained worldwide recognition. DECLÉOR addresses the needs of every skin type, leaving the skin balanced, comforted and radiant.

NEW DECLÉOR bespoke treatments include;

*  DECLÉOR Lifehouse Discovery Facial: A 55 minute rescue remedy facial including a revitalising massage with essential oils to target specific skin concerns
DECLÉOR White Radiance Facial: This illuminating facial dramatically boosts radiance using advance vitamin C technology and with a precision power plant mask, skin is left glowing and beautifully luminous
*  DECLÉOR Bio Retinol Wrinkle Resist: A youth-boosting anti-wrinkle treatment, this facial is perfect for immediate results, the bio retinol ap2™ ingredient combined with a gentle exfoliation and mineral mask help to create a lifted appearance
*  DECLÉOR Madagascar Escape Massage: A deeply relaxing massage using specific aromatherapy techniques and essential oils to treat the body for a multi sensory experience

After their treatment guests can enjoy a freshly pressed juice or smoothie at the Strawberry Café or they can book a table for lunch or dinner in the brasserie style restaurant where Head Chef, Jamie Murch, uses only the finest local ingredients.

Located in Thorpe Le Soken and set amidst 130 acres of countryside with 12 acres of lovingly restored English Heritage Listed gardens, Lifehouse Spa & Hotel has 89 bedrooms and 35 treatment rooms, in addition to a spa boutique. The gym has personal trainers available to advise and encourage members and the Energy Studio offers regular yoga, Zumba, circuits and lots of other classes. There is a 18.5 metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, salt inhalation room and plunge pool.

As well as a full range of both ESPA & Decleor luxury facials and body treatments for men and women, Lifehouse Spa & Hotel also offers a wide selection of therapeutic wellness consultations designed to encourage good health and wellbeing.  The full-time resident naturopath at Lifehouse Sue Davis leads a team of wellness practitioners who offer shiatsu, physiotherapy, personal training, postural assessment, life coaching, meditation, mindfulness, myotherapy, Australian Bush Flower Remedies and food intolerance testing.
