Kerzner International had revealed plans for One&Only Desaru Coast in Malaysia. 

A 128-acre beachfront development, the property will include 42 suites, two luxury suites and an exclusive four-bedroom villa, as well as approximately 50 One&Only homes available for purchase.

This will be the first One&Only in Malaysia as part of the expanding One&Only collection, as the brand continues to grow and develop internationally.

Kerzner manages a portfolio of globally renowned, landmark destination resorts, luxury hotels and residences and innovative entertainment experiences.

Accessible from Singapore Changi International Airport and Senai International Airport in Johor, Desaru Coast is the new premium integrated destination located in the south-eastern region of Malaysia, in the state of Johor. 

Inspired by the azure ocean waters and lush tropical landscape, the resort will provide modern Malaysian elegance, showcasing the incredible natural elements of the region. 

One&Only will honour the country’s rich culture and traditions throughout the design and experience.

An opening date will be revealed in the future.
