InterContinental Hotels & Resorts announces exclusive partnership with Agraria

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts today announced an exclusive partnership with Agraria, America’s oldest and largest luxury home fragrance company, to provide guest amenities at the 170 InterContinental hotels and resorts around the world, beginning next summer.

In the early 1970’s Agraria opened its first shop on Nob Hill in San Francisco, around the same time that InterContinental began managing the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco, its first hotel in North America. Today, Agraria can be found at the finest luxury retailers throughout the world.

“InterContinental Hotels & Resorts was founded in North America in 1946, and it’s great to be able to partner with an iconic American brand, that like us has successfully grown its business internationally and that will offer a product formulated exclusively for our sophisticated jet-set guests,” said Simon Scoot, vice president, Global Brand Management, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

“We are delighted to partner with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts on an exclusive worldwide basis. InterContinental is dedicated to providing authentic experiences for its guests, and Agraria’s timeless fragrances and high quality toiletries will further enhance their stay,” said Jim Gentry, Co-Owner and CEO, Agraria.

Agraria was clearly identified as the partner of choice after a comprehensive research process to choose one toiletry brand that addressed the needs at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts around the globe, including exclusivity, premium brand positioning and green packaging.
