iBAHN support now in 9 languages

iBAHN, the worldwide leader in digital entertainment and Internet solutions for the hospitality and meeting industries, today announces the expansion of its multi-language support centre to include Russian for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region for no additional charge to customers.

iBAHN’s EMEA support centre will provide 24/7 telephone support in Russian for broadband services, which will be particularly useful to meet the needs of Russian guests in Egypt, London and Dubai.

The support centre is a crucial hub, providing native language assistance to the growing number of iBAHN customers across the region, making sure guests have access to support staff at all times.

iBAHN recognises that support services are some of the most important issues to hotel partners.  As a result, access to a flexible and local language support structure is essential to iBAHN’s continued growth and to support the rise in high bandwidth applications and content.

iBAHN’s language support covers its worldwide IP network, which can be relied upon to provide support services in languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese as well as Russian.

Our aim is to allow as many users as possible to seek contact in their local language, and with the addition of Russian language speakers our support team continues to grow and provide assistance to our customers in EMEA and worldwide.”
