Holiday Hypermarket see 26% increase in bookings after website revamp

Holiday Hypermarket, a UK based holiday comparison community, say that they have seen a surge in holiday bookings after relaunching their website mid-December. According to data collected by Holiday Hypermarket, there was a week-to-week increase of 26 per cent in bookings for holidays to Tenerife and other destinations offered by the holiday comparison community.

Holiday Hypermarket believe that this upturn in bookings is directly linked to the success of their site relaunch. The website redesign was produced to fall in line with Holiday Hypermarket’s focus on creating a simple and pleasurable user experience for customers browsing holidays. Elements of the redesign included creating a clean, eye-catching design with easy-to-use navigation which also simplifies the process of finding and booking the perfect holiday. All costs are clearly presented upfront to make it easier for customers to create their ideal holiday package.

Calum MacDonald, Online Marketing Manager for Holiday Hypermarket comments: “At Holiday Hypermarket we believe that finding your dream holiday should be as relaxing and enjoyable as the holiday itself. Creating the perfect user experience was at the forefront of our redesign concept and we strongly believe that this is one of the reasons why we’ve seen such a phenomenal increase in bookings over the past weeks.

“Holiday Hypermarket offers British customers the chance to purchase excellent value holidays to destinations all over the world. Our website relaunch has created a clear, clean-cut booking experience for our customers so that it’s now easier than ever to book holidays in Cuba and other popular Holiday Hypermarket destinations.”
