Dorchester Collection announces new CEO

Dorchester Collection is delighted to announce the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2025.

An award-winning and seasoned hotelier, Philippe brings in-depth experience across regional roles in the luxury hospitality sector on multiple continents. His strategic vision, leadership, and expertise in operations and organisational culture, along with his proven track record with new openings, will continue to position Dorchester Collection at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

Philippe has previously served as Director General of Concorde Hotels, owned by Taittinger, where he oversaw 19 owned and 70 affiliated hotels. He was also a Board Director of Leading Hotels of the World, and has held numerous other senior leadership positions, including:

• Regional Vice President of Operations, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group
• Vice President Operations, Rosewood Hotels
• General Manager, Claridge’s

In his most recent role as Managing Director of Raffles London, he successfully led the hotel’s grand opening.

Philippe Leboeuf stated:

Philippe is a graduate of Cornell University and HEC Management School in Paris. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, and has been honored with the title of Knight of the Legion of Honour by the French government.
