lastminute.com

plc announces that Vimal Khosla, Director Global
Flights, is leaving the group on 31 July 2003. Vimal, a co-founder of
Travelselect.com, joined the board of lastminute.com plc following
the acquisition of that company in April 2002. Vimal has for the last
15 months led a very successful integration of Travelselect into the
lastminute.com business and built the group`s Global Flights
operation. Vimal will resign as a director of the Company on 31 July
2003.
