Luxury Boutique Hotel at Plettenberg Bay

Plettenberg Park is an exclusive hotel in the heart of the Garden Route only eight minutes from the center of Plettenberg Bay.  It is situated within a private nature reserve, on a cliff edge overlooking the Indian Ocean.  The hotel was build 15 years ago as the private holiday home of Mr. Russell Stevens, the Chairman of the Three Cities Hotel Group.  Six years ago it was converted into a hotel and is now where gracious living and superb cuisine are enjoyed in the perfect hideaway.
The nine main en-suite bedrooms are incredibly luxurious with fireplaces, dressing areas, television, video recorders and CD players, mini bars and large sliding shutters which open out onto the sea, lake or swimming pool.
Newly added to the hotel is a unique health spa.  This entails a fully equipped gym complete with sauna, steam room and toilets/ showers and a massage room.  Massages, beauty treatments, facials etc can be done at the hotel.  After enjoying a session in the gym why not relax in our jacuzzi.  Both the gym and jacuzzi have breath taking sea views.
With the new lounge open it means that guests can now enjoy a cup of coffee/tea, read a book or just relax in either the upstairs or downstairs lounge.  Both are filled with only the most comfortable furniture, fireplaces, candles, books, music systems and all arranged with utmost style.
The palate is to be tantalized and indulged, which is why Plettenberg Park specializes in world class cuisine.  Our chef will be happy to create a menu around your specific needs.  All of our staff are here to indulge you and have been chosen for their natural willingness to serve.  Plettenberg Park is for the most discerning traveler and our policy is one of total exclusivity, privacy and dedication to personal service.  No wonder we had, more than just, met the needs of guests such as Nelson Mandela and Richard Branson.
As your hosts we are here to arrange everything for you.  Whale watching, bird watching, nature walks, fishing and snorkeling from your own private beach and rockpool are a few of the many past-times offered.  Scuba diving, horse riding and golf can be easily arranged.  For shopping, general sight seeing and walks along the famous beaches of Plettenberg Bay, a short drive into town will provide endless activities for the inquisitive traveler.
