Rezidor SAS Hospitality has signed an agreement for the development of a
new Radisson SAS hotel in Paris. The agreement is signed with Mines de
la Lucette and will include the management of a first-class hotel in
Porte de St. Cloud, west of the Paris city centre. The hotel will be
easy accessible by car and public transport and is close to the
Exhibition & Conference Centre of Paris at Porte de Versailles.
Construction works have already commenced and the hotel is scheduled for
completion in summer 2005.
The hotel will feature 170 rooms including 7 suites. The food & beverage
facilities will include a brasserie and a bar. For conferences, meetings
and events the hotel will offer 500m2 with adjacent a business centre.
Further there will be a health club and parking available for up to 90
cars.
