As part of a å£300 million investment into the United Kingdom, Park Plaza Hotels Europe has chosen Leeds as the location for its fourth 4-star deluxe UK hotel which is now open as Park Plaza Leeds. 

A £20 million investment has resulted in a complete refurbishment and interior re-build of the 21-storey building, formerly Royal Exchange House, which has been sympathetically designed in keeping with the surroundings of City Square.

Under the supervision of general manager, Ivar Van Diepen, and his 85-strong team, the design-led Park Plaza Leeds boasts187 spacious and tastefully decorated superior and executive bedrooms and penthouse suites.  As well as providing every 4-star in-room amenity, all guestrooms will feature bespoke furniture, two telephone lines, three extensions, Internet access and on-demand movie channels.
