Red Roof Supports Toys-for-Tots

Red Roof Inns today announced their commitment to become official collection points for the Cleveland-area Toys for Tots program. The U.S. Marine Corp Reserve Toys for Tots program has been delivering toys to needy children for over 50 years. In 2001, Toys for Tots distributed more than 13.2 million new toys and brightened the holidays of over 6 million children throughout the country.

The six Cleveland Red Roof Inns will collect toys through December 15, 2002. Guests, local residents and businesses are all encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy to one of the following Greater Cleveland locations: 24801 Rockside Rd. in Bedford Heights, 4166 SR 306 in Willoughby, 6020 Quarry Ln. in Independence, 17555 Bagley Rd. in Middleburg Heights, 15385 Royalton Rd. in Strongsville, and 29595 Clemens Rd. in Westlake.

At more than 360 locations nationwide, Red Roof Inns offers free Showtime, ESPN, and CNN; movies and video games on-demand at modest prices, snack centers, cribs at no charge; and free coffee. Other amenities include clock radios, photocopy and facsimile services for a small charge, free USA Today in the lobby and unlimited local phone calls. RediCard Preferred Members receive even more special services, including the ability to earn points toward free room nights. Red Roof Inns is owned by Accor.
