The Pan Pacific Lodge Whistler recently announced the appointment of Michael Duggan as new General Manager, according to Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts` Senior Vice President Steve Halliday.

Duggan was most recently Executive Director for Tourism Sun Peaks and spent 19 years of his career at Silver Star Mountain in various management positions. He is a member of the board of directors for Tourism British Columbia, was instrumental in creating the Canada Ski Destination Consortium, and was also Vice President and Marketing Committee Chair for the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association.

As General Manager of The Pan Pacific Lodge Whistler, Duggan will be responsible for all management functions, including sales and marketing, operations, owner relations, including Strata owners.
