Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 106-room Courtyard by Marriott in Miami Beach, Fla., this November. Located at 4385 Collins Ave., the Courtyard Miami Beach - Collins will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Empire Investment Corporation of Buford, Ga.

Situated 10 miles from Miami International Airport and five miles from downtown Miami, the Courtyard Miami Beach - Collins offers guests convenient access to Miami Beach, Bell Harbor Mall and American Airlines Arena. Rates begin at $119 per night.

The Courtyard also features five suites with a king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave oven.
