Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 186-room Courtyard by Marriott in Woburn, Mass., this August. Located at 100 Unicorn Park Drive, the Courtyard Boston North - Woburn/Stoneham will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by CSM Corporation of St. Paul, Minn.

Situated 12 miles from downtown Boston and 10 miles from Logan International Airport, the Courtyard Boston North - Woburn/Stoneham offers guests convenient access to Bunker Hill, Faneuil Hall, Fenway Park, Harvard University and Tufts University.
