Guestline Implements Hotel Enterprise Solution

has recently completed the implementation of its new web based, centralised Hotel Enterprise Solution at Elegant English Hotels.
Designed from the ground up as an Internet native ASP (Application Service Provider) offering, RezLynx? boasts a fully featured CRM incorporating a Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS) and Head Office Management module. RezLynx? Web, a real time Online Booking feature within the system, has also been implemented by Elegant English Hotels
, allowing live last room sales to private guests and agents via the World Wide Web. RezLynx? uses a single, central database to store company, agent and guest history from the entire estate, providing the group with comprehensive data mining capabilities.
