Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa Now Featured on Japanese Website

The Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is now featured in Hiltonå‘s Japanese website www.hilton.co.jp

. The Japanese website which was launched in 1998 is linked to the existing Hilton Worldwide website (English), www.hilton.com


The website is particularly useful for the Japanese customers to make enquiries and reservations in their own native Japanese language. It features details on accommodation and facilities available at the resort.  Hotel bookings can be made online or via Hilton Reservations Worldwide (HRW).

Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa aims to increase its share in the Japanese market and hence has introduced a number of marketing and service initiatives to cater for the growing Japanese market.


For the Japanese golfer, playing golf at one of Hua Hin’s six world class championship golf courses will be a real challenge. These golf courses are located between five to 30 minutes away from the resort. Guests can email to enquire on the golf course as well as golf packages.

They can also pamper themselves at the resort’s exclusive spa treatment outlet, known as The Spa.  It offers guests a complete spa experience to include body, massage and beauty treatments. The Spa uses techniques from the most modern Western therapies to traditional treatments of the Orient.

 


Guestrooms are equipped with bathrobes and Japanese “yukata” and slippers. There are also hand held hair dryers, tea and coffee making facility, Japanese in-room literature, NHK TV programme.

Japanese guests also enjoy personalised welcome treatment and are escorted to their room by a Japanese customer service manager.

 

For dining, the resort has available a Japanese restaurant, “Ichi-ba” set within the The Market restaurant dining concept. The restaurant serves a delightful array of Japanese specialities such as sushi, sashimi, yakitori, teppan grilled dishes and more.


“Through the website we also plan to promote packages such as golf, spa and honeymoon which appeal to the Japanese market,” said Dirk De Cuyper, general manager of Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa.


The resort is located just 2 ? hours away from the bustling capital city of Bangkok. Facilities include four restaurants serving Italian, Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisine, a beachside restaurant, a lounge bar, a beer house with live entertainment and a specialty coffee bar outlet.
