, the leading total solutions provider for construction and technology services, has announced Regency HMS (Hotel Management System), a powerful new web-based system that streamlines all hotel operations, leaving hoteliers more time to focus on their guests.

HMS operates in an Internet Explorer browser environment. The HMS configuration requires less hardware, network and maintenance costs than today`s client/server solutions. “The cost-savings is substantial,” says Mr. Matthew Powers, Regency Chief Operating Officer. “Also, by building HMS on the latest technology, we offer more flexibility and functionality.”

By utilizing the HMS Application Service Provider (ASP) platform, hotels receive full systems support of their operations. Regency can host and manage one or more of the hotel`s applications from a centrally-managed facility, accessible to its staff via the Internet. Additionally, Regency will handle all system enhancements, ensuring hotels have the latest technology installed automatically.

HMS is a modular and scalable system, enabling hoteliers to design their core system based on current needs and gives them the flexibility to add/remove modules to fit their future requirements. Designed with the hotel manager in mind, Regency HMS is also simple to use and covers all front office and back office functions.
