bmi Offers Sale Fares to England

For the next five days, bmi is offering a sale on its transatlantic
flights from its gateways of Chicago O`Hare or Washington Dulles to
Manchester or London Heathrow via Manchester. This sale has also been
extended to bmi codeshare flights originating in Greenville/Spartanburg,
Los Angeles, Miami, Norfolk, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh/Durham, San Diego
and San Francisco. The fares begin at $199 round trip in economy, $599 in
the new economy and $1999 in business class for travel from January 23
through March 31, 2004.

Passengers can fly to the Scottish cities of Aberdeen, Edinburgh or
Glasgow via Manchester for an additional $100 round trip for all economy
and the new economy fares or $200 for all business fares.

These special bmi fares are non-refundable, non-changeable and require a
Saturday overnight stay. Tickets must be purchased by Jan. 26, 2004. Taxes
and fees are not included and may vary up to $175, depending on the fare
classification and originating city.

The cost of the round trip airfare depends on the originating city and
class of service. Listed below, in order, are the economy, the new economy
and business class sale fares to Manchester or London from the following
cities:

daily service, except Tuesdays, from Washington, DC. bmi`s transatlantic
service features Airbus A330 aircraft, provides three classes of service
and offers state-of-the-art video equipment with individual seat back
screens featuring 16 audio and 20 video channels as well as the latest
Nintendo(TM) and classic PC games. Passengers also have a bird`s eye view
of their journey as a result of cameras mounted on the nose and belly of
the aircraft.
Business class passengers receive extra pampering with their own chef,
catering to their culinary tastes on every transatlantic flight. Using
convection ovens, steamers and even a saucepan, the chef (trained as a bmi
flight attendant) prepares the meals according to the passengers`
preferences.
