Austrian Offers More to Baku

Austrian is continuing to build upon its already extensive route network in Central and Eastern Europe. Due to increased demand, an additional flight to Baku, which was only recently introduced, will be operated (from Vienna on Saturdays, from Baku on Sundays). As of November 1st passengers will have the choice between four weekly nonstop flights to and from Baku.

Austrian will also expand its existing Vienna-Tirana-Vienna service by an additional night-stop flight. Besides the currently operated daily flights, as of October 26th a daily night-stop (except Monday) will be provided.

The newly extended schedules guarantees even more seamless connections via Vienna from and to all regional airports in Austria, other European destinations and the many Austrian Airlines Group long haul destinations in the Americas, Asia and Australia. Austrian - withÊ 34 destinations in Central- and Eastern Europe - operates services to more cities than any other Western European carrier. As well as introducing new destinations, the strengthening of the route network through Vienna International Airport, establishing the Austrian capital as the hub for West-East and East-West travel, is continued.
