Some of the last remaining seats on Concorde are being offered by British Airways at special rates from £3,499. The special fares for travel between London and New York on Concorde go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday, June 18, 2003 for September and October departures.

The offers start from £3,499 return for one way Concorde and one way World Traveller. Special one way Concorde fares can also be combined with World Traveller Plus, Club World and First. Return Concorde fares start from £6,499 in September.

Tiffany Hall, British Airways director of UK and Ireland sales and marketing, said: “The demand to fly on Concorde over the summer has been fantastic and we want to make Concorde as accessible to as many people as possible. Now with these special fares, we hope that more people will be able to enjoy the Concorde experience before her retirement.”

The Concorde service BA001 departs London Heathrow at 1830 local time and arrives in New York at 1725 local time. The return flight BA002 departs New York at 0900 and arrives in Heathrow at 1800.
