Austrian Airlines has emerged victorious once again in the latest readers’ survey to be produced by Germany’s leading business travel magazine, BUSINESS TRAVELLER. The Austrian national carrier won the title “Best Airline in intra-European Air Travel Markets”. The award ceremony was held at the Arabella Sheraton Hotel Frankfurt. As well as winning the overall assessment, Austrian Airlines took first place in a range of individual categories including “Ground Staff”, “Cabin Interior” and “Food & Beverages”.
Every year, the readers of business travel and frequent flyer magazine “Business Traveller”, published by Verlagshaus Perry Publications GmbH, honour those airlines of which frequent flyers in Germany and Central Europe have personal experience. The criteria for the assessment of the airlines include Safety, Friendliness, Cabin Interior, Catering and Ground Services.
