Delta Air Lines Announces Alaska Sale

Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) is offering special sale fares in all markets between Anchorage and the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Hawaii.
The sale fares are valid for travel through Sept. 7, 2003. Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure and no later than Nov. 6 , 2002. Other important restrictions apply.
A portion of travel for some itineraries may be on the Delta Connection carriers: Atlantic Coast Airlines, Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Chautauqua, Comair, and SkyWest; or codeshare partner American Eagle.
Restrictions: Tickets are non-transferable. Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Purchase Requirements: Fares shown are roundtrip and require a 14 day advance purchase. Roundtrip purchase is required. Ticketing Period: Tickets must be purchased on or before Nov.6, 2002. Purchases at must be made at time of reservations confirmation and must be paid for using credit card/check card only. For tickets not purchased at, purchase must be made within 1 day of reservations confirmation or at least 14 days prior to departure, whichever comes first but not later than Nov. 6, 2002. Travel Period: All travel must be completed by Sept.7, 2003. Blackout Dates: None. Fare Validity: Fares are valid only on Delta/ Delta Connection flights for travel between Anchorage, AS and most cities in the U.S. Min./Max. Stay: Minimum Stay: For travel originating Sunday through Friday a Friday night stay is required; for travel originating on Saturday a Saturday night stay is required for each of the following periods: travel commencing prior to Nov. 24; Nov.30 through Dec.21, 2002 and on/after Jan. 1, 2003. For travel commencing Nov. 24 through Nov. 27, 2002 a Wednesday night stay is required. For travel commencing Dec. 22-23 a Tuesday night minimum stay is required. For travel Dec. 26-Dec. 31, 2002 a one night minimum stay is required. For travel commencing on Nov. 28-29, 2002 and Dec. 24-25, 2002, no minimum stay required. Maximum Stay: 90 days. Cancellations/Refunds: Fares are nonrefundable. Changes/Standby: Wholly unused tickets: Certain changes are permitted upon payment of a fee of $100 plus any applicable fare difference. Any allowable changes must be made on or before the original ticketed time/travel date of each flight, otherwise the ticket will have no value. Partially used tickets: Date/Time changes only. A allowed only on return portion of itinerary for a fee of $100 per change, plus applicable fare difference, as long as rule requirements are satisfied. All changes must be made prior to the original date/time of departure, otherwise the ticket will have no value. Fares offered on do not apply for reissue/downgrade of previously purchased tickets. Same day standby is allowed for travel commencing on/before 12/31/02. Effective for travel 1/1/03 same day standby will be allowed only upon payment of a $100 service charge Taxes/Fees: Fares do not include a $3.00 Federal Excise Tax which will be imposed on each flight segment of your itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. Fares do not include Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $18.00, depending on itinerary, and September 11th Security Fee of up to $10.00 per round-trip and (for travel to/from Alaska/Hawaii) International Air Transportation tax of up to $13.20 roundtrip.
