The Committee of the Board has made a decision on the matters referred to them. The Committee, having concluded that Mr Foley`s position as Chief Executive is untenable, has decided to terminate his employment with immediate effect in accordance with his contract.

Mr Bernie Cahill will continue to act as Chief Executive until a permanent appointment is made.
