Dale Moss Appointed Director Of Sales

British Airways announced today that Dale Moss has been appointed Director of Sales. He succeeds Peter White who is retiring from the airline at the end of October.


Dale Moss currently holds the post of British Airways’ Executive Vice- President, Sales and Marketing, USA based in New York. His successor will be announced in due course.


Bob Ayling, British Airways’ Chief Executive, said today: ” I want to thank Peter for his significant contribution to British Airways’ success and to wish him well in his retirement.


“We are fortunate to have someone of Dale Moss’ calibre to replace Peter. Together with his energy and commitment, Dale will bring an international perspective to the airline’s Executive Team.”


Peter White leaves British Airways after 29 years with the airline during which time he has held a number of senior positions including that of Managing Director World Cargo, Regional General Manager Europe and General Manager Germany.

Dale Moss first joined British Airways in 1970. He held a variety of senior passenger and cargo sales positions including that of Regional VP Sales Central USA, before joining Rosenbluth Travel in 1989 as VP Sales and Client Services. He re-joined British Airways in 1993 and has been in his current role since February 1994.
