Great Day For The Future Of Low-Cost Travel

Commenting on today’s decision in the High Court to refuse easyJet’s request for an injunction to prevent Go from taking off, Barbara Cassani, Go’s Chief Executive, said: “Today’s judgement clears the way for Go to start flying to Rome, Milan and Copenhagen exactly as planned. The judge did not limit Go’s launch in any way. This is great news for the travelling public.

“Whilst there will be a further hearing at some time in the future, the judge refused easyJet’s request for an injunction which means that Go has got the go-ahead.

“When this matter comes to trial in several months time, we look forward to confirmation that Go is entirely lawful.

“We remain convinced that the launch of Go will widen and improve the choice available to passengers.”
