Team GB, the British Olympic team, will complete a lap of honour over London on British Airways London Eye.

The 500 strong squad and their partners will enjoy a victory wheeeeeel above the capital at 450ft before attending a VIP reception at the London Aquarium on Saturday October 14th.

With a total haul of 28 medals, the Sydney 2000 games have been Britain’s most successful for 80 years.

British Airways was the official carrier to the Sydney Olympics for Team GB and also sponsors the British Paralympic Association and British Airways Olympic Futures training camps for aspiring Olympic hopefuls.
