Following LEE Hon Chiu`s retirement, he has resigned from the Board of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited with effect from 16th May 2002.

Peter LEE Ting Chang was appointed a Director of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited on 16th May 2002 in place of LEE Hon Chiu.
