Travel Industry and High Tech Executives Named To TechTravelers Board

TechTravelers
, leading provider of second generation managed travel solutions, has named three members to its Board of Advisors, including former executives of travel giant Rosenbluth, and high tech mainstays Oracle and Litton PRC.


TechTravelers, which recently launched
its groundbreaking mTravel software suite, is in the midst of its global rollout in the managed travel sector. mTravel features wireless mobility, business policy enforcement and cost-recovery tools that position TechTravelers as a leader in managed and mobile travel solutions for corporate and government agencies.


Named to the Board:


Carl Kelly, PhD.
Recently senior vice president for online service industries (OSI) of Oracle Corp., Kelly oversaw the delivery of Oracle`s ASP solutions in the service industries (this included the creation of a select group of network affiliates with hosted solutions for each of the markets in OSI: government, higher education, healthcare, communications, utilities and financial services); Kelly has also served as a member of the governor of Virginia’s Information Technology Commission, chairing its task force on workforce issues.

Larry Wiesen,
Wiesen is currently President of American GSC Inc., a Washington, DC-based consulting firm specializing in sales, marketing, and strategic business development support for firms addressing both public and private sector markets. Wiesen is the former general manager of the $160-million product/solutions business sector of Litton PRC. He previously held executive management, marketing, and sales positions with C3, Computer Science Corporation, SAIC, and American Systems Corporation.

Candace Sneberger,
Founder, President & CEO of VacationWired.com, Sneberger is a 20-year travel industry professional. She has served 11 years as the senior officer in charge of sales, marketing and account management services for Rosenbluth International. During this tenure, sales grew from $40 million to over $3 billion. Sneberger is also the co-founder and former President & CEO of Cruise411, booking more than $1 million in its first two months of business.
