Coral Sands Teams up with Continental to Offer Free Flights Deal

Spending a holiday in the Bahamas without paying roundtrip airfare from Miami or Fort Lauderdale except airport taxes, is the special enticement being offered by the 39-room Coral Sands Hotel on Harbour Island, under an exclusive å“Fly Freeå” promotion involving the family-friendly property, Continental Connection and MK Tours, headquartered in Florida.
Under the arrangement, holidaymakers can receive the free air for two by staying a minimum of four nights at Coral Sands between Sept. 6 and Dec. 15, 2003. Some holiday and other blackout periods apply.
Cost of the package starts as low as US$320 per person, double occupancy (four nights) plus taxes, depending upon category of room selected. The resort, perched above what is considered to be one of the ten finest pink sand beaches in the world, is located a short ferry ride from the airport on North Eleuthera.
Also introduced at Coral Sands are two add-on packages available through MK Tours at an additional cost. One package covers a visit to Nassau, the bustling capital of the Bahamas, with Fast Ferry connections to Harbour Island and the resort; while the second is a fish/dive plan that centers on the well-regarded underwater sites and excellent offshore, big-game fishing opportunities that draw eager holiday makers to the region.
In addition to the free airfare promotion, youngsters under 12 with parents can stay free at the property, and a “Food For Thought” program now in effect through Dec. 19, 2003 allows children to select breakfast, lunch and dinner items from a special kids menu without charge when accompanied by at least one paying adult. Use of tennis facilities, private beach cabanas, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, ocean kayaks and surf riders are all complimentary for guests.
