The Boundless Southern Africa Expedition led by Kingsley Holgate departed from Tourism Indaba Durban this morning, with a grand celebration of music and festivities outside the ICC building. The adventure which is expected to be followed by 50 Land Rovers is expected to take 3 months and involve 9 countries in the Southern region of Africa, starting at Maloti Drakensberg through to Lubombo, Great Limpopo, Limpopo Shashe, Kavango Zambezi, Kgalagadi culminating in /Ai-/Ais Richtersveld.

Kinsley’s humanitarian projects will include distribution of the One Net One Life mosquito nets as well as distributing the “Right to Sight” spectacles to the poorly sighted. Kingsley will also be providing basic education of malaria prevention in high risk areas.
