Mobius Vendor Partners (MVP) an Indianapolis-based company that provides business process management and market research services to companies, associations and non-profit organizations has formalized its Business Management Practice Group and hired timeshare relationship expert Marc Carlson to run it. As Business Relationship Manager for Mobius Vendor Partners, Carlson (pictured) serves a variety of developers, management companies and vendors operating in the Timeshare Industry. He began his career in the timeshare industry in 2004 as a Relationship Manager for Mobius Vendor Partners where he developed and launched marketing programs for new entrants into the vacation ownership world.

According to Bob Kobek RRP, President of MVP, “Marc does much more than simply launch our clients into business relationships. He continues to manage those key relationships even past the close, help them to increase their sphere of influence and hone in on opportunities within existing and developing business relationships.

We’ve seen a need in the timeshare arena and other industries to format this component of our company as an official department, and with Marc’s prior experience it was clear he was the man to take it to the next level,” said Kobek.

“We are particularly excited about our client “CustomerCount©,” a ground breaking on-line feedback system for monitoring and measuring the sales, guest and resort experiences,” said Marc Carlson. “I will actively introduce this new tool at the ARDA (American Resort Development Association in Orlando next week.) Another relatively new-to-the-industry client which we are shepherding is Maverick Network Solutions, a branded, pre-paid card company exhibiting at ARDA this year.”

Marc Carlson is an ARDA Certified Supplier and participates with various committees. Marc also is a supporter of the Christel House Foundation. A graduate of Ball State University with a B.S. in Finance, Marc lives in Carmel, IN with his wife and daughter.
