“We chose Hogia as our supplier because of their long experience from the travel and transport industry and since they were able to offer a solution that fitted into our sales and distribution strategies. At the same time they had the capability of putting together a solution that fits our unique business”, says Jocke Wahlsten at Str?mma Turism & Sj?fart.
“The business concept of Str?mma is very interesting to us as a supplier, since it encompasses a wide range of products that a ferry operator can offer. There is both the transport of passengers in the Stockholm archipelago, sightseeing tours, dinner cruises, as well as the exclusive cruise concept in Rederi Ab Gota Canal. To handle all these types of traffic in the same system is an exciting challenge for us. It gives us the opportunity to broaden our knowledge of business processes that we will have good use for also for other customers in the ferry market”, says Mr Lundberg.
