Transaero opens Moscow service centre

Transaero Airlines, Russia’s second largest international carrier, has opened its new Information and Service Centre at Moscow Domodedovo Airport, offering passengers top-class service on the ground. The 60 square meterisle includes information desks where passengers can get assistance and constantly updated information on the Transaero flight schedule and the status of individual flights.

Transaero Airlines is also the first Russian airline to offer self service check-in kiosks at MoscowDomodedovoInternationalAirportat this front office.

The Information and Service Centre is located in the main check-in area of the airport and represents a unique combination of design and technology, including 14 aquariums containing about 600 fish, and the largest in-airport plasma service display and STEREO VARIO panels.
