European plane maker Airbus, will finalise the sale of three plants by October, French business daily La Tribune reported on Thursday. The company will sign memorandum of understandings with the companies that applied to buy the Meaulte, Filton and Nordenham plants by September, La Tribune also reported, citing undisclosed sources.

By the end of October, Airbus will start discussions with potentially interested companies to sell its plants of Saint-Nazaire in France and Laupheim and Varel in Germany, La Tribune also said.
