Low-fares airline Thomsonfly has reported a recent boost in sales, as
Brits book a quick fix of sun to escape the poor weather at home.The
airline has recorded increased sales over the past month, with the most
popular destinations being Barcelona, Palma and Faro.

Commercial Director Guy Stephenson commented, “We are seeing a strong
trend in increased late bookings for long weekends away to short haul
destinations.  We have also noticed an increase in bookings to longer
haul holiday spots such as Florida.

Thomsonfly flies to over 80 destinations from 20 airports in the UK.
