Sultans unveils luxury Maldives yachts

Sultans of the Seas Travel will use the platform of the Luxury Travel Fair at Olympia to unveil its fleet of three luxury high speed sport yachts for private charter in the Maldives. Visitors to the show are welcome to the stand D14 where the company’s directors will be pleased to discuss the wide range of options available for exploring the islands of the Maldives in style.

The prestigious new fleet of yachts are all built by Azimut and combine contemporary design with the latest technology, incorporating Rolls Royce engines and the latest safety features. The Sultans way 007, is shipbuilder Azimut’s flagship model, the 103S, which was launched last month at the International Boat Show in Dubai.

This 30 metre/100 foot elegant yacht is currently the only one of its kind in the world. Cleverly designed to allow privacy and space for its guests, the Sultans way 007 provides every modern luxury at sea and its sleek design means that it moves effortlessly through the water. The indoor spaces flow seamlessly into the outside areas, with the use of large glass patio doors, making on-board entertainment very practicable.

With three spacious terraces, one on an upper level, an outdoor bar and barbecue, a huge lounge area with wide screen TV, BOSE entertainment systems and separate crew facilities, this is a five star villa on water.
Accommodation is provided in four spacious air conditioned cabins with en-suite bathrooms and for those impromptu night time nibbles and drinks there is even a second galley kitchen next to the bedrooms for guests’ private use. The master suite is more spacious than any other yacht in this category and has an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Two other yachts, the Sultans way 006, an Azimut 68S and the Sultans way 001, Leonardo 98, complete the fleet, providing a new and exciting concept for luxury island hopping in the Maldives.
‘the Sultans way’ is available year-round due to the warm tropical climate in the Maldives and is ideal for couples, families and a group of friends looking for quality time together. The yachts are crewed exclusively by Maldivians, experts in seeking out the best sights in the Maldives. Their expert care is unobtrusive and highly professional.
Each voyage on the Sultans way is unique and tailor-made offering guests many memorable moments. The Sultans way offers the freedom to explore and enjoy life at sea, day and night with visits to uninhabited islands, stops at signature resorts, excursions on local community islands with the opportunity for some jet ski fun thrown in.
Magical moments with the Sultans way would include candlelit dinners out on the deck under a starlit sky and the moon as a backdrop, the sea glistening below with luminous plankton. Daily cocktails at sunset for friends and family; spontaneous beach games on a sand bar, picnics and barbecues at sea and the opportunity to snorkel or dive daily along many pristine reefs where the underwater activity will take your breath away.
No resort or island will be too far for Sultan’s fleet as each yacht can travel at cruising speeds of 30 knots. With the wind keeping temperatures cooler and plenty of shade and comfortable loungers on deck, the experience is a combination of the exhilarating and the soporific. With some 90 resorts, 200 local islands and nearly 1000 deserted islands spread across 820 kilometers of sea, the Maldives has much to offer.
‘Island hopping is becoming more popular as interest in the islands of the Maldives accelerates and the demand for a luxury product increases. This was previously the preserve of the ultra- rich who visited the Maldives in their own yachts. Now Sultans Way have uniquely combined a luxury yacht experience at a reasonable price without the need for ownership and all its attendant logistical and financial headaches’ confirms Ayshath Shihab, Chief Executive Officer, Sultans of the Seas.
In addition to ‘the Sultans way’, the company also provide safari vessels for sailing and divers, including the magnificent Sultan of Blues and Sultan of Fervour. For further information please visit www.sultansoftheseas.com.
