Quebec Fairmont tops Conde Nast spa list

The Spa Fairmont Le Ch‰teau Montebello was given top marks by Condé Nast Traveler. In fact, it is one of only two Canadians spas to be honored on the prestigious Hot Spa List. Condé Nast Traveler’s 11th annual May “Hot Spa List” is the insider’s guide to the newest, hottest spas opened all over the world in the past year.

To develop the list, the magazine’s editors checked out numerous new properties around the globe, rigorously evaluating them on a standard set of criteria. The result is a definitive guide to the world’s most exciting new establishments destined to become instant classics. The 2007 Hot List features spas whose design, service, and amenities transcend industry standards. The spas were judged by reporters who traveled incognito in order to fairly test service, surroundings and treatments.
