Worldspan Learning Center gets redesign

Worldspan is redoubling its efforts to empower today’s travel agents through its enriched online Global Learning Center. As the heart of Worldspan’s renowned e-learning platform, the Global Learning Center now serves existing, new and non-Worldspan travel agents alike. A complete redesign offers a new user interface and simple, intuitive navigation features. The liberal tutorial library has expanded and a powerful Learning Management System has been launched. The center also serves as the portal for the newly introduced Masters Program by Worldspan, offering expansive online education to non-Worldspan users.
These and coming advancements present exceptional opportunities for all travel agents interested in gaining or improving their technical proficiency, and ongoing education. Transitions for new customers are simplified, and travel agents using any other solutions to conduct business can easily learn the Worldspan system and products. All travel agents are able to train online at their leisure, through any Internet connection, free of charge.
“I recently added Worldspan to our agency and believe it was the best thing we ever did,” said Robbert J. van Bloemendaal, CTC, owner of Carlson Wagonlit Travel/All About Travel, Inc. in Garland, Texas. “Worldspan provided all the tools to help my agents get into the swing as quickly as possible, and the support and training are outstanding.”
“Worldspan is focused on providing not only the right tools but also the expertise agents need to exploit today’s leading technologies to their fullest advantage,” said Kathy Fitzpatrick, Worldspan vice president - North America. “We are committed to helping agents grow through our dynamic e-learning portal.”
