Alitalia has launched an online check-in service from the UK, dedicated to passengers travelling from London Heathrow to Rome and Milan with an Alitalia e-ticket.
The service allows travellers to check-in online, print out the boarding pass comfortably at home and head straight to the gate, jumping all the check-in formalities.

Passengers with baggage will be able to register their bags at a dedicated drop-off check-in desk at London Heathrow T2.
