Thomas Cook has confirmed that Andy Tidy has been appointed as Director of
thomascook.com.Rakshit Desai and Tony Milsom, the current leadership team
for dotcom, will now report to Andy, who will in turn be part of the team
led by Robert Burgess as Executive Director, Sales & Distribution.

Andy has been Managing Director of UPtrips (Club 18-30 and Flexibletrips)
and there is currently a process in place to find his replacement to lead
the UPtrips business.

Going forward, Flexibletrips will work more closely with the newly formed
Thomas Cook Independent Travel team, and it can be confirmed that Andy’s
Flexibletrips responsibilities will be taken over by Chris Smith, Director
of Accommodation Only and Dynamic Packaging.
