Comtec has continued with what it says will be significant international expansion within the next two years following the implementation of its Travelink system by a French tour operator.
Lyon based Tourinter has implemented Comtec’s Travelink sales and management system in order to enhance the tailor-made travel service offered via its customer call centre. In order to meet Tourinter’s requirements, Comtec has introduced a French language version of its sales system and integrated Amadeus Nego Fares and Amadeus Nego Space with Travelink.

Comtec recently announced an agreement with US-based Vacation.com, North America’s largest vacation network, to evaluate the needs of its membership base with Whiting adding, “In 2007, we’re planning to extend customer base in France, expand within North America and enter the Australasian market”.
