easyJet extends Europcar deal

easyJet and Europcar have announced the extension of their long-term
partnership.Europcar will continue to provide a dedicated and tailored service for
easyJet customers through its comprehensive range of car rental services.

Following an extremely competitive tender process involving some of the key players
within the car rental industry, Europcar was chosen ahead of its competitors due to
its excellent levels of customer service, attention to detail and the ability to be
able to respond quickly to ever-changing consumer requirements.

easyJet CEO Andy Harrison commented:

of improving the customer experience and offering the best possible deal. In

The range of services Europcar will continue to provide to easyJet customers across
Europe include an easy-to-use online booking system,  which allows flight bookings
and car reservations to be made simultaneously. Airport facilities include dedicated
Europcar check-in desks with personnel on hand to make bookings and deal with any
enquiries. Further enhancements to the service, which has undergone continuous
development over the last three years of the partnership, include the opportunity to
pre-book one way rentals.
